I’m Jenn, a Product Designer from Venezuela currently living in Argentina, with 10+ years of experience in design, specializing in UX/UI and product design across web and mobile experiences.
I work across the design process, from understanding problems and mapping user flows to prototyping, visual design, design systems, and iteration. I enjoy solving complex problems and collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn ideas into thoughtful, intuitive experiences. I approach each project with curiosity and empathy, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
My recent work spans SaaS and eCommerce products, web experiences, conversion optimization, A/B testing, and scalable design systems. I also use AI-assisted analysis and prototyping to explore ideas faster and get to realistic, testable concepts earlier in the process.
To me, user experience goes beyond the interface itself. It’s about understanding the full experience people have with a product or brand and creating interactions that feel clear, useful, and consistent at every touchpoint.
